Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), ElevenLabs (audio-to-text transcription), Amazon Web Services and RunPod (encrypted cloud storage and video processing), Google Analytics and PostHog (analytics), and Tally and Calendly (forms and scheduling). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep your information

Audio files you upload are stored only as long as needed to create and deliver your video and are automatically and permanently deleted approximately 48 hours after upload. After that we cannot recover them. We keep your email address and order records for as long as needed to deliver your video, provide support, comply with the law, and — if you opted in — send you updates, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

We collect your email address in order to:
