Issue with the Lyric Video Maker?
One of these answers solves most problems.
Generation usually takes about 2 minutes. During peak hours it may take slightly longer. If nothing appears after 5 minutes, try refreshing the page and regenerating. If the issue persists, use the contact form below and we'll look into it.
In the Edit Captions tool you can retype any word, add a missing word with the + button, delete an extra one with the x button, and fix timing. If the whole transcript is badly off, regenerating from the start can still help.
Yes. Click 'Edit Lyrics' to fix any word. When you're happy with it, press 'Save', then 'Regenerate'. This rebuilds your video with the new lyrics.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, use the form below. Include the email address you used, and we'll resend your download link.
The free tool exports widescreen (16:9) videos. Need vertical (9:16) clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts? The Pro packages include them: one clip on Silver ($199), delivered in five days, and three on Gold ($299), delivered in two days.
Questions about copyright and privacy?
Everything you need to know about ownership, licensing, and how we handle your data.
Only use songs you own or have permission to use. If it's your original music, you're good to go. Using copyrighted songs without permission is risky. Your video could get taken down or flagged on your platforms.
Yes. Free exports are yours to use. Just keep the watermark visible and credit MakeLyricVideo.com in the description. Paid exports, like the HD Video upgrade or any Pro service, come with full commercial rights. You own the video outright, with no restrictions.
Yes, with a paid HD Video export. This gives you commercial rights, so you can monetize freely on YouTube and other platforms. You can't monetize free exports.
We store your song for 24 hours after you hit 'Generate My Free Video'. That's enough time to preview, edit, and download it. After that, it's deleted for good. Even we can't recover it.
No. We never sell or share your personal data. We only use your email to send your video and offer support. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
