This is a known bug we're actively fixing. Easy workaround: press the 'Captions' button (the Edit Text icon under the preview window), adjust the timing of the first word, then press 'Save' and 'Regenerate'.
Generation usually takes about 2 minutes. During peak hours it may take slightly longer. If nothing appears after 5 minutes, try refreshing the page and regenerating. If the issue persists, use the contact form below and we'll look into it.
For major mis-syncs, regenerating the video fixes most cases. For small tweaks, open the Edit Lyrics tab, drag words on the timeline, or type in exact start and end times. Hit 'Regenerate' to apply your changes.
Yes. Click 'Edit Lyrics' to correct any word. Once you're happy with the text, press 'Save' then 'Regenerate' to rebuild the video with your corrected lyrics.

MP3, WAV, M4A, and AAC are all supported. Just upload your track and the system handles the rest. We recommend keeping your file under 100 MB.
